Andy works with emerging and mid-level managers through the Manager to Leader program — a practical journey that builds trust, confidence, and influence so leaders can guide their teams with clarity and purpose. He also coaches executives one-on-one, helping them refine their leadership approach and strengthen the culture they lead.

Lynn brings her expertise in communication and DISC profiling, helping teams understand themselves and each other. She’s all about turning good communication into great connection — because when people understand how others tick, everything changes.

Together, we combine leadership coaching and communication insight to help people perform at their best. Think of it like coaching a rugby team — the best results don’t come from talent alone, they come from alignment, trust, and knowing the game plan.
