Andy Rolston
Andy has been coaching managers and leaders for over two decades — across rugby fields in New Zealand, Canada and England, and in businesses ranging from small trades operations to large corporate teams.
He built and sold his own businesses, spent five years inside the global seminar industry learning from world-class coaches, and holds a Maxwell Leadership certification. He brings that experience into every coaching session — practical, direct, and grounded in what actually changes how people lead.
He is also co-host of Live2Lead New Zealand — the annual Maxwell Leadership event held at North Harbour Stadium in Auckland.
